About The Position

The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams, and maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Communication Management

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Greet and assist customers upon arrival.
  • Coordinate customer pick-ups for custom fabrication orders.
  • Confirm roll-forming jobs with customers prior to execution dates.
  • Check and distribute mail daily.

Administrative Support

  • Verify sales orders after fabrication is complete, scan them to accounts, and save them to the server to facilitate invoicing.
  • Collect and record payments from customers.
  • Make bank deposits and record them accurately.
  • Order and stock office supplies to ensure the team has necessary materials.

Office & Facility Maintenance

  • Manage customer concessions, including coffee and lemonade.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and entry areas.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with office software and document management systems.
  • Basic financial literacy to handle payments, deposits, and record-keeping.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20 per hour, 40 hrs. + overtime.
