About The Position
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams, and maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Customer & Communication Management
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival.
- Coordinate customer pick-ups for custom fabrication orders.
- Confirm roll-forming jobs with customers prior to execution dates.
- Check and distribute mail daily.
✅ Administrative Support
- Verify sales orders after fabrication is complete, scan them to accounts, and save them to the server to facilitate invoicing.
- Collect and record payments from customers.
- Make bank deposits and record them accurately.
- Order and stock office supplies to ensure the team has necessary materials.
✅ Office & Facility Maintenance
- Manage customer concessions, including coffee and lemonade.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and entry areas.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with office software and document management systems.
- Basic financial literacy to handle payments, deposits, and record-keeping.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20 per hour, 40 hrs. + overtime.
