Who We Are

Bridget Houdersheldt is a highly accomplished Administrative Assistant with over 15 years of experience in legal assistance and office management. Since joining All Metals Fabrication (AMF) in May 2024, Bridget has been instrumental in streamlining operations, leveraging her sharp attention to detail in managing key administrative and financial processes such as inventory control, accounts receivable and payable, and invoice management.

Prior to AMF, Bridget held pivotal roles at Ocean Hill Equity Partners, LLC, and Bridgestone HosePower, LLC in Florida and Maryland. As Office Manager, she excelled in handling invoices, internal and external communications, collections, payroll, taxes, and bank reconciliations, all with a seamless and efficient approach.

Bridget earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal and Applied Technologies from Allegany College of Maryland and has been consistently praised throughout her career for her ability to juggle multiple tasks, deliver top-notch support, and drive efficiency in administrative operations. She has received numerous 5-star performance reviews and internal recognition for her exceptional work ethic.

Outside of work, Bridget is a dedicated wife and mother to two wonderful children, a boy and a girl. Her passion for her career is matched by her eagerness to continuously learn and grow, and she is excited to further her contributions at AMF as the company continues to thrive.
